We bought this machine for my father in law. He had several operations and was staying at the hospital. His old machine was broken. This machine works great. It was well packaged and came clean to use. It runs like a champ. Would definitely use

Does the job it is expected to
I needed a second machine as I'm travelling a lot. I now have this one I keep home and the previous one (bit damaged) in my travel bag. Delivery delay was a bit long and required few emails with Bemes but eventually it my it up to my front door. Very satisfied, rate 4 is for delivery delays otherwise that would have been a 5* for sure.

5000 hours on machine but it’s just like brand new. Very satisfied with both product and supplier.
