 OUR REPAIR SERVICES WORK

Scheduling your CPAP repair with BemesOnline is simple. Start by sending your CPAP device to us for diagnosis. We’ll assess the issue and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we’ll promptly and efficiently complete the repair. You can also view a video tour of the process or follow the step-by-step instructions below.

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE REPAIR EQUIPMENT FORM

   

To begin the repair process, fill out the Equipment Repair Form [here]. It’s helpful to have the make, model, and serial number of your CPAP machine on hand to assist with diagnosis. This will allow us to provide you with a free, no-obligation repair estimate.

STEP 2: PACKAGE YOUR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

   

After completing the repair form, print it out and securely package your machine. Include the form in the box along with your device and power supply. Do not send the carrying case, tubing, or mask, as these will not be needed and will be discarded.

Please note that Bemes, Inc, is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. For damage claims, contact your shipping carrier directly.

STEP 3: SHIP YOUR DEVICE TO US

      

Once your machine is packaged, ship it to the following address:

If you are located in the NY/NJ area, you can drop off your medical device at our facility Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please try to complete the repair form ahead of time for a smoother process.

STEP 4: RECEIVE YOUR ESTIMATE

   

Upon receiving your device, our team will evaluate it and send you a no-obligation repair estimate. If you approve the estimate, we will proceed with the repair. If you decline, we will either return the device to you for a $25 shipping fee or recycle it for free.

STEP 5: RECEIVE YOUR REPAIRED EQUIPMENT

Once the repair is complete, we will ship your machine back to you via UPS/Fedex ground shipping.

This simple process ensures that your medical equipment is repaired efficiently and returned to you as quickly as possible.
